How booking works
Tell us about your event
Date, location, guest count. The form takes about two minutes.
Get a quote back
We reply with availability and pricing built around your headcount, usually within a couple of hours.
Lock in your date
Confirm with a deposit and it is done. We handle the setup, the serving and the cleanup.
Questions we get asked
- How far will you travel?
- All of Minnesota. We are based in Lakeville and regularly work the Twin Cities metro, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey and the surrounding counties. Further out is usually still a yes, so ask.
- How many guests can you serve?
- From about 20 up into the thousands. High-volume events are where we are strongest, and for the big ones guests can order ahead from their phone so the line keeps moving.
- What do you need on site?
- A flat spot roughly ten feet square and access to power. We bring everything else, including the ice.
- Can you come inside?
- Yes, and it is one of the things we are best at. We set up rather than park, so we fit in a school gym, a church hall, a lobby or a back garden. No trailer to reverse and nowhere we cannot get to.
- How far ahead should we book?
- Weekends in June, July and August go first, so the earlier the better. Last-minute dates are worth asking about, because cancellations happen.
- Do you handle allergies or dietary needs?
- Shaved ice and syrup is naturally dairy-free and gluten-free, and most of the menu is vegan. Tell us what you need on the booking form and we will confirm the details.
- What does it cost?
- It depends on headcount, length of service and travel. Send the form and you will get a real number back rather than a range.
